Scholarships

Leavenworth Jefferson Electric Cooperative will award scholarships to students pursuing a post secondary education in the Electric and Power Distribution Program at Manhattan Area Technical College.

Applicant Eligibility

• Any high school or college student whose parents or guardians are members of Leavenworth Jefferson Electric Cooperative; or
• Any applicant who is a member of LJEC; and
• Enrolled in the Electric and Power Distribution Program at Manhattan Area Technical College (enrolled, not on the wait list)

Scholarships are awarded during the Fall and Spring semesters only (no summer scholarship). Students can submit an application on an annual basis but are not guaranteed a scholarship for any given school year or semester. Applications are accepted on a year round basis.
