Calls reporting outages are answered 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. Prior to calling in an outage, please check the outside breaker that is below your meter (if so equipped) and the fusebox in your home. This is important because if an LJEC crew is dispatched and the outage is due to a tripped breaker or fuse, you will be charged for the service call.
