LJEC a Member-Owned Electric Cooperative Serving Northeast Kansas

Steve Foss, General ManagerMeet the Manager

Here is your opportunity to meet the LJEC General Manager, Steve Foss, and have your questions answered.

One of the main issues LJEC is currently faced with is a potential rate change due to the ever increasing costs the cooperative is experiencing throughout all aspects of the business. LJEC has hired The Prime Group, a consulting company that specializes in examining a co-op’s rates, their structure and ultimately making recommendations regarding rates. They are currently in the final phase of performing a cost-of-service study for LJEC and initial findings from their research indicate the need for a rate change.

LJEC General Manager, Steve Foss, invites members to attend one of the “Meet the Manager” meetings that will address the findings of this cost-of-service study. Foss will address the structure of LJEC rates, answer questions and have handouts available for LJEC members. You are invited to attend a meeting at the location most convenient for you.
